Eco Christmas Santa's Sleigh

The Modern Santa's Sleigh and A Gadget

A Santa in a fancy sleigh called tricycle pulled over the side of the street yakking on a his cellular phone (for safety, good for him!)
According to the sign, there is no doubt it be an advertisement for an electric power company ;)

Is this a eco-friendly taxi?
