No eco strategy

A few weeks ago I went to UKAware green exhibition at Olympia, London. I was pleased to see that they had a recycling policy by having recycling bins located throughout the hall.
However, when I visited the Grand Designs exhibition at Excel, in London Docklands, they had plenty of bins like the ones in the photo, but no recycling bins.
I feel that this is a huge miss judgement in their environmental policy.
