Wireless Internet on the Beach?

A monitor which was  found on the beach after a recent North Sea storm. A colour monitor but the real colour here is the beach and sky, the monitor here is figuratively speaking B&W, or grey.

There is no excuse in throwing out a monitor like this when most councils have the correct facilities.
