Abandoned French Vuvuzela

Is this a special type of Vuvuzela or not. Whatever it is, it has been abandoned on a beautiful French beach in Normandy and left to the sea to eat up. More plastic pollution.

If plastic wasn't so terrible for the ocean and environment, I would pray that every vuvuzela get swept away to sea.
