Roadside Nature Reserve

On round white signs attached to telegraph poles along Creeksea Ferry Road, Essex County Council proudly declare that they maintain this stretch of verge as a "Roadside Nature Reserve".

Which presumably means that they leave this crap here to provide a rich habitat for marshland species.
