This sign was spotted on a beach outside Skagen, Denmark. Being and English sign it has travelled across the North Sea. I wonder what the waring was for as it was not good here.

Europe's most northern wind power generator

This is a picture of Continental Europe's most northern wind power generator. It is located on the most northern tip of Denmark, in a town called Skagen.

Plastic Food Chain

Plastic is polluting our ocean's and is entering the food chain. Large items like this blue plastic container form the start of the plastic food chain.

It is will be broken down again and again and then be digested by fish and other sea animals.

Beach Debris

This beach debris was spotted on a beach near Skagen, Denmark.

North Sea Beach Rubbish 2010

A small sample of plastic beach rubbish collected from a five meter radius on a North Sea beach. It should be noted that the beach was very clean overall.

Eco Energy Generation

On the horizon you can spot three wind turbines and a power station fueled by rubbish and waste.

This sustainable energy source powers the little northern Danish fishing town of Skagen.

This Stabilo Big Boss Highlighter Pen was found after a 10 meter walk on a beach in Skagen, Denmark.

This is unfortunate.

People discard their plastic waste in the sea thinking all will OK, but no it ends up on beaches and in the food chain.

Plastic waste which us thrown in to the sea is enters the food chain, which is very bad news for all concerned.

North Sea Plastic Waste No. 1

Although the beaches are excellent in Denmark, it still very hard to clean up small plastic pieces washed in from the sea.

This is a small collection of items I found after a very short walk.

We should NEVER throw plastic in to the sea or leave on the beach.
